이번 협약은 최근 심각한 사회 문제로 떠오른 청소년 마약에 대한 경각심을 높이고, 올바른 가치관 형성을 통해 건전한 청소년 문화를 조성하기 위해 마련됐다. 양 기관은 앞으로 마약 예방 교육 프로그램 개발, 공동 캠페인 추진, 정보 및 자원 공유, 공동 홍보 등 다양한 분야에서 협력할 예정이다.
